I’m headed down to do an hour of vinyasa yoga and then some much needed sleep

first day back in the gym and on the track after my little incident. this is going to be hard, but I am determined to get back in the game!

Hey Everyone!

I am back on tumblr with my new fitness/nutrition blog!

Here is my story:

I am a marathon runner who truly is passionate about fitness. I have always worked out daily, running, strength training, and yoga every single day.

A little while back, I was in a car accident and ended up with a seriously bad concussion that kept me off my feet for a few months. I fell out of shape tremendously during that time, and now I am back, cleared by the doctor, and ready to go with my new goal: to become fit enough again in time for a marathon in July.

I NEED HELP! I need inspiration! I am so exhausted after all the time I spent out of commission with this brain injury, and I feel a bit less motivated than I used to.

Follow me and help me out, and I will for sure follow you back. I need all the inspiration and motivation I can get!
