I am back on tumblr with my new fitness/nutrition blog!
Here is my story:
I am a marathon runner who truly is passionate about fitness. I have always worked out daily, running, strength training, and yoga every single day.
A little while back, I was in a car accident and ended up with a seriously bad concussion that kept me off my feet for a few months. I fell out of shape tremendously during that time, and now I am back, cleared by the doctor, and ready to go with my new goal: to become fit enough again in time for a marathon in July.
I NEED HELP! I need inspiration! I am so exhausted after all the time I spent out of commission with this brain injury, and I feel a bit less motivated than I used to.
